Portfolio Loans

  • No income restrictions

Federal Housing Authority (FHA)

  • Minimum down payment – 3.5%
  • Maximum loan amount – $294,515
  • Minimum credit score – 600

Veterans Association (VA)

  • Minimum down payment – 0% with VA eligibility
  • Maximum loan amount – $453,100
  • Minimum credit score – 600

US Department of Agriculture (USDA)

  • Minimum down payment – 0% based on USDA location
  • Maximum income limits apply
  • Minimum credit score – N/A

Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)

  • Minimum down payment – 3.5%
  • Maximum loan amount – $453,100
  • Minimum credit score – 620

Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC)

  • Down payment – 4% grant may be applied to down payment
  • Loan programs include Conventional/FHA/VA
  • Minimum credit score – 620

The Loan Process

To begin, you’ll be pre-qualified for a loan, which determines your ballpark price range based on basic income, debt, and credit factors. Make sure you’re prepared financially – correct any credit score errors and collect two years’ worth of bank statements, tax documents, and investment information.

Once you have your pre-qualification, we’ll begin searching for your home. When we’ve found your perfect match, our team will guide you through the pre-approval process, eventually securing your home loan funding with one of our trusted mortgage lending partners or the institution of your choice.
